1 Introduction & Definitions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the 389bet platform and all of its services. By accessing the 389bet website or mobile app, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. Failure to read or comply with these Terms may result in the loss of access to certain features and benefits.

The definitions of certain key terms used in this document are provided below:

• "389bet" or "We" — The company that operates the platform.
• "User" or "You" — anyone using 389bet's services, whether registered or not.
• "Account" — A personal profile created by registering at 389bet.
• "Bet" — the act of wagering money on the outcome of a specific event.
• "Wallet" — the digital balance linked to your account.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

To create an account on 389bet, the following requirements must be met:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all of them will be closed.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information at registration — including your name, address, date of birth, and mobile number.
• Keep your account password confidential. You must not allow anyone else to access your account.
• After registration, you may be required to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process.

Creating an account with false information or using a third party's identity will result in immediate account suspension and possible forfeiture of any balance.

3 Age Verification & KYC

389bet is committed to responsible betting. As part of this commitment, we verify the age of every user. After registration, you may be asked to provide any one of the following documents at any time:

Verification is completed within 24 hours of document submission. Betting may continue while verification is pending, but withdrawals may be temporarily on hold.

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following rules apply to all financial transactions on 389bet:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Maximum Daily Withdrawal: ৳2,00,000 (extendable subject to conditions)
• The deposit and withdrawal methods must be the same.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after meeting the wagering requirements.
• All withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–30 minutes.

389bet does not charge any transaction fees. However, your payment provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, etc.) may apply their own charges, which are your responsibility.

5 Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all bets placed on 389bet:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the Cash Out feature).
• If a bet is not accepted before the match begins, it will be automatically voided and your funds will be returned.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the user's wallet.
• Odds in live betting are subject to change. There may be a difference between the odds at the time of your request and the odds at the time of acceptance.
• Placing multiple bets on different outcomes of the same event simultaneously is prohibited (arbitrage betting).
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a system error or technical fault, 389bet reserves the right to void any bets accepted at those odds.

389bet reserves the right to make the final decision on the settlement of all bets. In the event of any dispute, 389bet's decision shall be considered final.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

389bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional deals. To take advantage of these, the following conditions must be met:

• Each bonus offer carries its own wagering requirement (typically 5x–30x), as specified on the promotions page.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registrants only.
• Multiple accounts from the same household or IP address are not eligible for bonuses.
• If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period, the bonus will expire.
• Bonus balance may only be used to place bets on eligible games or events.
• Any attempt to fraudulently obtain bonuses will result in account closure.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 389bet platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same event across multiple accounts.
• Placing bets using bots or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets related to match-fixing or sporting fraud.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Harassing or defrauding other users.

Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balance, without prior notice. Legal action may also be taken if warranted.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

389bet may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Terms & Conditions have been violated.
• KYC verification has not been completed.
• If unusual or suspicious transactions are detected.
• Account inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• When a user submits a self-exclusion request.

Users may request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance will be returned, subject to all applicable conditions being met.

9 Responsible Betting

389bet wants its users to enjoy betting as a form of entertainment. We are committed to combating gambling addiction and promoting responsible betting.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
• Bet Limit: Set a limit to prevent yourself from wagering beyond a certain amount.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period of time.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break ranging from 24 hours to 6 months.
• Reality Check: You will be notified of your betting time and total amount wagered at regular intervals.

11 Liability Limits
